🔹 Case: 20-micron gold-plated stainless steel with a polished finish, equipped with a screw-down case back. The round pushers control the chronograph with precision: the upper pusher starts and stops the measurement, while the lower one resets the counters. The case is signed Omega Watch Co, Fab. Suisse and bears the reference number 145.018 , as well as the original crown with Omega logo and the Omega signed crystal.

🔹 Dial: Refined gold dial with applied gold indices and matching hands. The recessed chronograph counters add depth and character to the design, with a 30-minute totalizer at 3 o'clock, continuous seconds at 9 o'clock, and a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock. Further details include a scale for measuring 1/5 of a second and a tachymeter on the mechanism to calculate speed in miles per hour.
